• Billing data: plan, country, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
• Product data: prompts and responses you choose to save in Swift Mart.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs to keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the Swift Mart subscription, process payments, send receipts, prevent abuse, and reply to support. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We use Stripe for payments and standard hosting/email providers to operate the website. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as you have an account and as required for tax and dispute handling. You can request deletion of saved chats from support.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA you have GDPR rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection. Email support@swiftmart.app to use them. Our establishment is in Germany.
