Last updated: August 14, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Swift Mart for use of Swift Mart.

The service

Swift Mart is a paid software subscription that provides AI chat for writing, coding, and research through our website. Features depend on the plan you purchase (Starter, Pro, Team, or a custom contract).

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Fees

Prices are listed on the Pricing page in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes may apply. First paid charges may be refunded as described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Swift Mart to break the law, attack systems you do not own, generate malware, or attempt to extract other users’ data. AI output can be wrong — you must review it before you rely on it.

Intellectual property

Swift Mart, the logo, and the site design belong to Swift Mart. Subject to your plan, you may use outputs you generate for your own work. You retain rights to the prompts you submit.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
